Vail Resorts leveraged a few consulting companies while building their skiing experience application, EpicMix, and they ran into performance problems. While Aspenware developers tackled the backend issues, I ran an engagement to investigate the performance on the front end. I leveraged many technologies like Google's SpeedTracer to analyze performance and made suggestions to improve it.

 

To illustrate the results, I provided them with an interactive website with everything, including the next real steps to take to fix problems.
